Associate Attorney
Daniel Eid, Esq.
With a strong foundation in legal history and a passion for real property law, Attorney Daniel is dedicated to delivering modern, result-driven legal representation. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Daniel carries his New York hustle with him while practicing law in sunny Florida.
Daniel began his academic journey by earning his International Baccalaureate degree before attending the University of Central Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor’s in History with a focus on Legal History. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in Virginia, where his passion for real property law took root through hands-on applications of classroom knowledge to real-life situations.
Daniel focuses on real property issues and transactions, guiding clients through personalized legal strategies designed to address current challenges and safeguard assets against liabilities. He believes an effective client plan hinges on three key components: issue spotting, problem-solving, and safeguarding. Daniel’s approach to law and life reflects a deep commitment to integrity, compassion, and humility, governed by this simple principle: A good attorney is a good advocate for his client.
"He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" - Micah 6:8
Outside of practicing law, Daniel loves to cook and travel alongside his lovely wife. Together, they relish exploring new cuisines and entertaining friends and family with their culinary creations.
